With our continuously updated and technologically advanced laboratory, we conduct automated pipetting, infrared tube dyeing, and color controls using spectrophotometry. By employing 18 fully automated dyeing kettles with capacities ranging from 4 kg to 1,800 kg, we achieve complete automation in our operations. Sustaining an impressive monthly capacity of 800 tons, we have remained a leading player in the sector for the past 20 years. Our commitment to quality is evident in both the dyeing process and the preparation of dyes, as we continually update our technology. Soft winding and final winding are carried out with 1,560 spindles and SSM X ZENO transfer machines, placing quality at the forefront.
